Before you start, please make sure you are seated in a quiet and comfortable place, free from obstructions and distractions.
1. Fit your device
To put the device on, place the device over your eyes in a comfortable position. Pull the straps down over your head.
Using your hand, hold the battery pack at the back of the VR device’s head strap. Now pull the strap down over the back of your head.
Ensure the proper fit by tightening the straps on each side until the VR device is snug but not uncomfortably tight. If you wear glasses, keep them on while fitting the device.
NOTE: The device fits over most standard eye glasses with a frame width of less than 6.3 inches (160 mm).
2. Power on the device
Press and hold the POWER button on the top of the device and wait for the Status Indicator LED to turn on a BLUE light.
3. Ensure image clarity
You might have to modify the distance between the lenses. Shift the lenses inward or outward, bring the device to your face after each adjustment, and check the image for clarity to determine the setting that produces the clearest image.
4. Start your device onboarding
Once you power up your device for the first time, a series of onboarding screens will help guide you through:
• GAZE-BASED cursor
• Program overview
• Reorienting your screen
• Connect to WiFi
a) Onboarding: Reorienting your screen
You will learn to reorient on the occasion that your screen has become off-centered. To reorient, press the HOME button on the device.
NOTE: The HOME button is the bottom button on the exterior right side of the device.
b) Onboarding: GAZED-BASED cursor
You will now be introduced to the GAZE-BASED controls where you can learn what
GAZE is and how to use the
GAZE cursor. Hold your cursor on each piece of the crystal to rebuild it.
c) Onboarding: Connect to WiFi
Next, you’ll be walked through setting up your device with WiFi. If you wish to set up WiFi or check WiFi status at a later period, you may do so in the Settings Menu. Please refer to the “Connect to WiFi” section of the user manual for more details.

d) Onboarding: Program overview
You will be introduced to the RelieVRx program, including what to expect during the next 56 sessions.
Start your RelieVRx therapy session
Your home screen will feature your daily VR session at the center. On the left, you'll see your program progress, and on the right, you'll receive helpful tips. Use the GAZE cursor to select OPEN, and then START to launch your first session!
This is a general example, your specific VR experience may differ slightly.
Once you complete the VRx session, the next experience will automatically appear on the home screen. It is recommended that only one session is completed per day.
Powering Down
Once your daily session is complete, power off your device. Press the POWER button for 2 seconds until the screen goes black. If your device's battery level is low, plug the charger in the device to ensure it's ready for your next session.
