Returning the Device

In your box, a prepaid return shipping label has been provided. 

Here are the steps you need to return the device:

• Pack all components (cables, chargers, etc.) inside the box
• Seal the box and affix the return shipping label
• Return the box at your local FedEx drop-off center

Note: If you do not have the original packaging box, please use another preferred box.  If you have lost the shipping label please reach out to an AVR Pathway representative. 

Please return the RelieVRx kit within 1 week of completion of the program.

You may return your device for repair if directed to do so by an AVR Pathway representative.
